![]() Then, I choose between Echo Sabre, SkullBasher, Sange + Yasha, or if they have more squishy heroes, maybe butterfly. After some farm, I get powertreads, then I get Morbid Mask, then Mask of Madness. I start with Stout Shield, Culling, tango/salve, and if I have money left, branches. I farm creeps, get last hits, denies, etc. To help you guys understand better, I'm going to say what I do in game as Void. On top of that, I have no idea how or when to use Time Dilation and his Ult to maximum effectiveness. The thing is, I have games where I scale well, I'm farmed and a few levels above enemy heroes, I have MoM, Treads, Vanguard, and I still just can't reliably kill enemies like I can with heroes like timber. I'm not saying this is a game fault, I'm saying that I'm pretty bad at dota and don't know how to do damage with just my right clicks. Void has some lockdowns and stuns, but he has 0 reliable mana nukes. Timbersaw, Spectre, Disruptor, all have casts that do consistent damage. My problem is that with other heroes, they have great nukes. So I'd be really thankful if anyone would like to assist me with him. Knowing that half the decent players in the game that know the roles see me as someone who's playing something they're not doing the right thing with makes me feel bad. I also love assisting my team and helping them. What makes it even worse, is that when I go through dotafire guides, I see that apparently void is the "Hardest carry in the game". Other heroes, I figured out on my own how to play them, what their niche was, like Spectre, Timbersaw, and Disruptor. However, I just can't get his gameplay to click with me. He's really enjoyable to play, even if I struggle to get a positive k/d and contribute to my team. That Faceless Void is me, barely managing to go positive in a game against a team of 5 peruvian carries.Įven then, I still love the hero. ![]() Instead, you read the headline - "The worst Faceless Void in existence discovered in local All-Pick, Scientists and Players alike baffled and afraid".
